When selling your property, it helps to have every competitive advantage.  Instead of paying 1.5%-3% of your sales price to the listing agent, you can have your property placed on the local MLS for a small one-time fee.

All of the needed forms are specific to the property, and we will contact you an send you the required forms

What you get?

- Your property will be listed in the local MLS (San Antonio Board of Realtors) during the listing period

- You can add up to 16 photos, 1 minimum is required. Only the primary photo will appear on Realtor.com

- Showing with agents will be done through Centralized Showing Services (www.showings.com).

- A list of agents and their comments will be available to you.

- Changes to the property (price, updated photos, etc) can be made during the listing period.
